What makes your Online Coaching different from other programs?
I will make a program according to your needs and put much effort into mobility. I do online/face-to-face assessments to see your weaknesses and your strengths to highlight the best of your benefit and make a plan to make your weaknesses a force.
I have a different tool that keeps me alert if you stop progressing.
Your program can have some similitude with someone else as I make sure you can make a basic movement such as a squat, hip hinge, push, and pull, but I will give you specific exercises.
It's teamwork, I work for you, but you also need to show me we are together.
We have weekly meetings that allow you to express yourself and add or modify your program.
How soon can I expect results?
You start to see your progress after ten weeks minimum. Then, if you are committed, physical change arrives.
However, during your journey, your mood will change, you will have good and bad days, and you will become busy and maybe lazy, but this is where you need to stay focused, get your routine ready, and don't waste all your effort.
If you wish to lose weight, you can expect to lose between 0,5kg to 1,5kg weekly.
Get enough sleep, eat well, maintain protein intake and know what to do at the gym. The result will happen soon.
Everyone has a different background and life. Some of you will get results in 3 weeks; some will need more assistance, and I will be with you during that time.
What diet do I need to follow?
There is no specific DIET to follow. We will instead work together based on your preferences that fit your goals and lifestyle and come up with a specific formula that works for you but everyone is different which means depending on your preference.
We need to follow a diet plan for a short term goals.
Do you have a meal plan or just macros?
You will get access to a section called "Advanced Nutrition Coaching" for online coaching.
You will get access to easy meals to make according to your calorie intake.
You can also create your recipe, and the app will calculate the macro.
I have a some injury and special needs, can you work with me?
I have been working with people with different injuries, such as sciatica, back pain, and osteoporosis.
You need to ask for a clearance, and I encourage you to let the specialist knows you are in contact with a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor.
The latter may write me a letter explaining the detail of your injury and how to deal with it.
Discomfort can happen, but you should never exercise in pain.
