About me

My name is Maëva; after working in IT for about five years, I said stop to this sedentary life, and I decided to move to Australia for a couple of months, and finally, I am still here after eight years.

Since this period, I have been really into my fitness. This interest quickly developed into a passion, and since then, I have dedicated myself to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase my flexibility, strength and mobility. This journey began when I first took my pole dancing class. 
This practice required lots of flexibility. I added yoga classes to my weightlifting training to develop my strength. 

Along with these skills, I have developed an interest in body awareness and movement control, which led me to become an Animal Flow instructor. 

After five years of developing and improving my yoga practice, I was ready to undertake Certificate IV in Yoga teaching to enhance body awareness, mind and spirit. 

Education and knowledge are endless, and I am now a Pilates instructor to correct imbalances and improve posture with my clients.
I'm now taking a different course about movement, rehab, and hip mobility.

Becoming an instructor helped me understand people and become more patient with others; I love my job, and this is just the beginning of this journey.
